With : With a partial hysterectomy the ovaries and fallopian tubes can be left in place, and the uterus (or part of the uterus) is removed. There is a possiblity of a tubal pregnancy, where the egg can be fertilized by a sperm, and start growing in the fallopian tubes. Either that, or the fertilized egg can implant in what isleft of the uterus. Neither one of these situations is safe for the fetus or the mother. You will need to see you doctor asap if you suspect pregnancy because this can be fatal to the mother.

Uterus removed?: If your partial hysterectomy involved removing the uterus, then IVF with a surrogate female carrier is your only other option.
