A member asked:

Why does drinking lower my chances healthy living? i drink alcohol every day

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: It depends on how much you drink. One drink daily can be healthy. More than 4-5 drinks/day or 7-14 drinks/week [depending if you're a man or woman] can cause many different medical problems, such as issues with your heart, liver, pancreas, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure changes, depression and addiction. If you believe you're drinking too much, please see a psychiatrist for help.
