Depends: It depends on how much you drink. One drink daily can be healthy. More than 4-5 drinks/day or 7-14 drinks/week [depending if you're a man or woman] can cause many different medical problems, such as issues with your heart, liver, pancreas, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure changes, depression and addiction.
