If : If you are not having sex, then the chances of getting pregnant are low. You may get pregnant if semen came in contact with your vagina (i.E from anal sex or if a man touches your vagina with semen on his hand, or if an unprotected penis came in contact with your vagina). The pregnancy hormone can be detected in the urine 14 days after conception. If any of the above interactions occured, take a pregnancy test. Other causes of sore breasts and back pain can be associated with premenstrual symptoms or hormonal changes in the body.
