No: Masturbation and sexual activity are not risk factors for prostate cancer. Risk factors include family history and race (african-americans have a higher risk)/.

Sex and prostate: Cancer is almost always thought about by patients, but they rarely ask. It is still a taboo subject, so i tell them that there is no evidence that having or abstaning from sex with self, others, even bestiality, homosexual encoounters, having any influence on getting or protecting from prostate cancers. There were studies looking at rc priests, but we will not go there...Most men masturbate.

No: It will not increase or decrease your risk. If you go for very long periods between ejaculations, there may be other problems. Since cells are not being mutated or dividing as a result of your entertaining yourself, there is no cancer risk.
