No (so far): Avastin (bevacizumab) is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits blood vessel growth. It can impair fertility in women, but i don't find any studies that show reduction in male fertility. For the fda prescribing information with all side effects, go here: http://www.Gene.Com/gene/products/information/pdf/avastin-prescribing.Pdf.

Probably not: There are many cholesterol-lowering agents that are fda approved and they all appear safe (at least as far as we know) for male fertility.

Bevacizumab: Avastin (bevacizumab) is a brand of Bevacizumab which is used to fight cancer. In that sense, you've got bigger fish to fry. Regardless, thinking long-term, i checked out http://www.Drugs.Com/avastin.Html and https://online.Epocrates.Com and found concern for ovarian failure but no mention of testicular issues or male fertility concerns. Best to discuss w/your oncologist. Perhaps bank your sperm before chemo.
