A member asked:

Are there any treatments for premature ejaculation that don't require me to take pills?

Yes: Premature ejaculation is a very common and bothersome complaint. The mainstay of treatment include prescription medications and sexual counseling. If medications are not an option, then one must psychologically train themselves in addition to changing their sexual habits for maximum efficacy.

Yes: Distract by thinking nonsexual thoughts. "stop and start":  stop stimulation before ejaculation for 30 seconds and restart. Repeat as desired.  "squeeze" method: man or partner gently squeezes the end of penis (where the glans meets the shaft) for several seconds. Stop stimulation for 30 seconds, and restart . repeat as desired. Use condom/local anesthetic cream to reduce stimulation.
