Likely not menopause: There are many reasons to miss a period (i'm assuming that's why you think it's menopause). While an early menopause or ovarian insufficiency may be a cause, excess hair growth and irregular periods sounds more like a hormone imbalance called polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos). This condition is common, but has many health implications. See you doctor to discuss your concerns.
