Your : Your symptoms are concerning. There are several different conditions that can cause your symptoms, including endocrine (such as thyroid) problems, or a gynecological condition such as a problem coming from your ovaries. You state that you don't have insurance, but please find out out county health clinics in your area, or ask them to advise you where you can be seen, as this is very important. I am worried about your symptoms and I do feel that you need a complete medical evaluation.

Likely not menopause: There are many reasons to miss a period (i'm assuming that's why you think it's menopause). While an early menopause or ovarian insufficiency may be a cause, excess hair growth and irregular periods sounds more like a hormone imbalance called polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos). This condition is common, but has many health implications. See you doctor to discuss your concerns.
