What should i do? i noticed this morning i have a reddish brown discharge from my nipple. my breasts have been very tender for awhile now.

Go see an OBY: You need to be examined by an oby just to be sure that your symptoms are not suggestive of serious condition like breast cancer. It could just be mastitis, infection or inflammation of the breast ducts. Hope everything will be fine!
