Maybe: There are several medical ways to treat benign prostate hypertrophy before jumping to surgeries. The neatest latest solution is to use Cialis daily. Cialis is the only erectile dysfunction drug approved by the fda for use in treating symptoms of bph. So you end up w/2for1 benefit. Of course, it's important to look for cause(s) of BPH & ed rather than just prescribe medication. So go see your doc!

Bph: BPH has little or no effect on quality of erections. Sometimes medications used to treat BPH can cause various degrees of sexual dysfunction.

Not likely: The only relationship between BPH and erectile dysfunction is that both become more common as one ages. There is no cause and effect relationship.
