There : There are a huge variety of things that can be seen on a ct scan of the chest that are abnormal. Some are dangerous and others are incidental findings. You should be discussing the results of the ct scan with your doctor( the doctor that ordered the scan for you) to find out exactly what was found and what to do about it. They are in the best position to explain what the results mean in the context of your symptoms or the reason the test was ordered.

Need more info: All that we can tell u from the little info in your question is that it is not normal. That could mean anything from some slight changes that are of no concern all the way to serious problems related to any organ in your chest. Ask the md who ordered it to explain the findings.
