A member asked:

Why does hcg sometimes not ever register in a womens urine when pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Urine HCG: The HCG has to be high enough for the urine test to pick it up. It must reach 25-50 before most home tests detect this. As a result false negatives are common. But positives are positive.
