What can happen to someone on immunosuppressants if they're around someone who has the flu?

They can get sick.: Patients on immunosuppressants are more susceptible to cold and flu viruses. The best way to avoid viruses is to stay away from people who are sick. Frequent hand washing and the judicious use of disinfectants may also reduce the risk.

Could get Flu: Immunosuppressed patients are more likely to get both community acquired and hospital acquired infections including viral infections. Sometimes these pneumonias can be more aggressive, but that is not always the case. Good idea to avoid obviously ill individuals who demonstrate symptoms of infections
