What can i do to get rid of eye freckles?

Usually can't remove: Eye freckles, depending on their location, cannot be removed without potentially damaging the appearance of your eye, your eyeball, or your vision. If you have eye freckles, they do need routine monitoring by an eye md--some freckles are actually cancerous.
