See a doctor: If there is truly a diagnosis of breast cancer, that person needs to be referred to a surgeon for likely mastectomy in male patients, and need to see a medical oncologist for proper chemotherapy and/or hormone therapy.

Same as in female: He will need to be treated accordingly. Treatment will be pretty much like breast cancer in female- will depend on the biology of the cancer-, stage , overall health condition and preference. Surgery will be needed if possible , then radiation therapy if lumpectomy is chosen or if surgical margin is positive or other reason. Chemo, targetted therapy and hormonal therapy are available.
