Fissure in ano: You likely have an acute fissure in ano which is commonly caused by a hard -constipated stool. If acute, they usually heal within 30 days if the conditions are right(warm baths 4x per day, stool softeners daily). Sometimes over the counter hemorrhoidal creams( or prescription ones like proctofoam-hc), or lidocaine(anesthetic topical ) ointment may be helpful. See a dr. If not healed by one month.
