Knot: This could be several things. A hernia or lipoma would be very common in this situation. A lymph node is also possible. If it persists, see your doctor.

Unsure: It could be a lymph node. If so it should go away within a couple of weeks. If it is painful, or if it persists for more than 2 or 3 weeks you should see your doctor.
