See a dermatologist: The pill for herpes is quite safe during pregnancy. Your immunity will be passed on to the baby so the baby will not catch it during the first few weeks after birth. Is this your first episode or have you had it before? Is it on your face or genital or another place? The pill will relieve symptoms but must be used on the first day, ideally in the first hour!
