YES: Unfortunately, you didn't receive sex education while growing up but yes, pregnancy occurs through sexual intercourse between a fertile man and fertile woman. There are artificial means (e.g. In vitro fertilization and artificial insemination) done in a lab but it still is one sperm to one egg and then a woman must carry the pregnancy to term.
