See doctor today: Diabetes can start with urinary frequency with or without vomiting. Diabetes is serious, and must be ruled-out first. You should be evaluated by doctor today. If it's not diabetes, there are other reasons for urinary frequency, but diabetes is the first thing that needs to be checked.

Diabetes: You need to see the doctor. Not all uti's have burning with urination. I would be really worried about diabetes for you as well. Please get care today.
