I started taking 500mg twice a day of naproxen since tuesday and i'm feeling very tired, is this a typical side effect?

It could be: I prescribe Naproxen often and have had patients stop taking it for the same complaint. There are many different anti-inflammatories and if this one causes an issue speak to your doc who can switch it for you.
