The condition may present as pain, tenderness, or pruritus associated with small erythematous lesions on the glans and/or the prepuce. These lesions can be ulcerated or scaly. Thick foul smelling purulent exudate is often produced.If not properly treated, this process can evolve into a tightening of the prepuce, known as phimosis.
