Most likely semen..: One can have a hard time differentiating between fertile cervical mucous and semen. Since this occurs eveyrtime you have an orgasm, it may also be your mucous. Clearly you are not getting pregant, or you would be pregnant. I would not be concerned.

Unreliable: Monitoring cervical mucous is very unreliable and varies widely from person to person. If you are trying to determine whether or not you are ovulating simply use a home ovulation kit available at any pharmacy.
