Well...: Ok - none isn't quite fair. Before pde5 inhibitor and direct vasodilators, all urology had was yohimbe, which does provide a small benefit in a small percentage or patients. It's not well tolerated and serious side effects can result. The doses needed are also very high. I **do not** recommend this treatment - ever.
