Yes: Argan oil is traditionally used as a treatment for skin diseases and as a cosmetic oil for skin and hair. It should be gentle enough to use on infant skin. The only issue: in "rare cases" a "contact skin sensitivity rash" may develop as would with other topical oils, moisturizers and emollients.
