Probably not !!!: Because a blood preg test would be + at the time of the missed period or a few days sooner so if u did the blood one at the time of the period or after it should have started then u are not preg if it is neg, but it can be from your hormones not being regulated or other causes so see a gyn , u need an exam, other hormone blood tests , ultrasound, if all is normal your gyn can induce a period.
