No: Although you can self infect yourself with herpes, it usually occurs on the finger by touching the lesions. I am not aware of a case where the eye gets infected.

Although herpes eye: Infection called dendritic keratitis is more likely due to the oral hsv type 1, cases auto inoculated from genital hsv type 2 can occur.
