Does working night shifts cause you to have bad blood circulation?

Circulation SWD: The short answer is no. There have not been idenified vasoactive changes in shift work. However, swd can lead to increased time where legs are in dependent position leading to pooling of blood in legs. For this reason some people choose to use support hose (ted) or elevate legs during sleep. Hope this helps.
