No: Female, as well as male breasts are predominately composed of adipose tissue, i.e. Fat. In females the tissue is supported by something called "coopers ligaments", which with aging led to the term "coopers droopers." aging tends to lead the well gifted down the road to the effects of gravity. Breasts are not an "organ" but have received historically a great deal of attention.

No: I am going to say breasts are a specialized sweat gland and not an organ. An organ is something we can not survive without. I would argue that we could survive without breast. But the human species could survive without breasts.
