No: Chlamydia does not live in the mouth or cause tonsillitis.

No: To my knowledge Chlamydia does not cause infected tonsils. But there are a lot of other organisms that do. As you seem to have a chronic recurring infection it would be prudent to see your GP, Urgent Care if your don't have a GP, or a specialist ENT.
