33 f healthy left by eye and nose above eyebrow headache when i bend over it throbs has had for 3 days seems to be less and less help?

Likely sinus problem: Pressure and headaches that are worse when you bend over are commonly due to sinus problems. Go see your medical doctor!

Sinuses: The eye is surrounded by four sinuses. The eye itself rarely aches without other vision symptoms, but any inflammation, fluid, etc in even one sinus adjacent to the eye can be very painful. Bending over increases the pressure in the sinus and hence the pain. If no hypertension, steam inhalation, afrin, (oxymetazoline) decongestant pills may help.
