By definition,: A venereal disease is one spread by sexual exposure. I can not think of any ones that can also be transmitted by a mosquito.

Filariasis: Wuchereria bancrofti is a parasitic filarial nematode (roundworm) spread by a mosquito vector. It can cause swelling of the genitals. It is not a venereal disease in the strict sense of the term as that is reserved for sexually transmitted ones.
