Are some toes easier to fracture than others?

Yes: From a physics standpoint, longer thinner toes are more likely to break than shorter fatter toes. Also, the smallest toe is on the outside of each foot, so those toes may be more likely to smash into things like coffee tables, doors, or chair legs.

Pinky toes: The 5th toes are susceptible to fracture because they are easily stubbed on corners of furniture. Unless it is severely dislocated, it can usually be buddy taped to the 4th toe to keep it stabilized while it heals.

The 5th toes: Since they are on the outside of the foot are probably the most common toe to be fractured. In fact, a fractured 5th toe is commonly referred to as a "piss fracture", as one can fracture the toe while getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
