How can i keep my lips from drying up? chapstick and vaseline aren't good enough.

Do not lick the lios: If chapstick is used frequently enough, it should keep the lips from drying. Sometimes the habit of touching the lips with tongue lead to lips drying up; the habit needs to be watched.
