Depo-provera : Depo-provera can delay the return of full fertility so it is not usually recommended in patients who want to conceive in the next 12 months. However, once you stop taking the shots you may conceive at any point so take that into consideration. Some women take 12-18 months to resume normal cycles. If you fail to begin cycling in 3-6 months then i would see a fertility doc.
