If concerned: If you are conderned you might be pregnant - take the morning after pill and then do a pregnancy test weekly until your next period - see your physician about reliable birth control. You should at least use barrier birth control regularly.

Depends on cycle: If the sexual encounter just occurred and you're in mid-cycle, then Plan B will work for up to five days post conception. The longer from possible conception the less effective it is. If you just had your period, you're probably ok. To be sure, though, take an effective post-coitus contraceptive, like plan b.
