Gen. Wait: Extended cycle pills can sometimes be associated with a sl. Higher rate of breakthrough spotting than the 28 day pills. Generally, spotting resolves. If persistent, discuss with your gyn about adding some estrogen tablets for about 7 days. Gods luck.
