Im 26 weeks pregnant and have mucus surrouding my stool?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mucus in stool: It's not uncommon to have some mucus in the stool. It's more concerning if you're having other symptoms along with it - blood in the stool, abdominal cramping or pain, not gaining weight appropriately, fevers - and you should get checked out by your doctor. Otherwise, a small amount of mucus doesn't necessarily mean anything wrong is going on. Best of luck.
