The best way to treat conversion disorder?

It depends: You didn't provide much history and there are different forms of conversion, from blindness to being unable to walk. I suggest that you try and be introspective, look at your life, figure out where the conflicts are and take steps to resolve them. Maybe engage in stuff you can do for which you can feel proud of yourself. Have you tried psychological therapy? Good luck., .
