Heart attack : Low blood flow causes ischemia. This is commonly caused by atherosclerosis to the apex of the heart often distribution of left anterior descending artery. Further evaluation needed with both medical and possibly surgical intervention.

It means these areas of the heart are vulnerable and further testing is needed and intervention may be necessary.
