Check up needed: So sorry you have been sick. It's time to have your primary care practitioner listen to your chest. You could have bronchitis or even pneumonia, and the only way to know is to have someone examine you. Call your doctor to report what is happening so you can be seen. Make sure you are getting enough rest and fluids!

Bronchospasm...: This could be related to bronchospasm which can occur after an upper respiratory infection. Treatment would include bronchodilator and steroid inhalers so see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Other possible etiologies include post-nasal drip, gerd or a combination of these factors. Your doctor can diagnose and treat these as well.
