Yes: As long the glasses clears up your vision at the computer distance its not a problem. Sometime depends on the level of your correction the computer distance can be clear with or without glasses. After 40 the person may become presbyopic that means he/she cannot focus at near. If the person is mildly myopic then computer could be clear without glasses.
