Nobody knows: Nobody knows if a pregnancy has started, until a few weeks later. If the next menstrual period is on time and looks very normal, then pregnancy is not likely (unless one has other symptoms of pregnancy at that time). A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result, if done correctly, 3 weeks after having sex.
