It depends: If the whites of your eyes are completely yellow, you may have a condition called jaundice and you need to see your primary care doctor to have your liver function tested. If there are just some localized yellow spots, typically in the nasal corner but sometimes in the temporal corner, these may simply be pinguecula which are benign, callous like growths.
