Hot flashes: Depo-lupron puts you in a temporary menopausal state. Many women experience hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness. You may also have an episode of vaginal bleeding 1-2 weeks after administration. It can only be used for a short period of time as it will affect bone health if used for extended periods of time.
