Not much: Dilated cardiomyopathy leads to decrease pumping of blood to the brain and rest of the body. Pt. Usually get short of breath from mild to moderate physical exertion. May lead to congestive heart failure with activity limitations. Fibromyalgia is a condition in which there is generalized pain in most areas of the body. Depression, lack of sleep, stress may increase the pain.
