Possibly: It is hard to say without a history and exam. You may have been undergoing gradual changes for awhile, but had not noticed until now. Had you had any trauma or anything accidentally getting into your eyes- dust, cleansers, etc.? I would see an eye doctor asap to avoid the vision getting worse.
