Dysmenorrhea: Sometimes cramping with pain can be a sign of dysmenorrhea, or painful periods. Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) can be helpful for that. It sounds like you are already taking a pregnancy test which would be the other test to perform in this situation. Good luck!
