OTC = Aleve (naproxen): Advil=motrin=ibuprofen. Aleve (naproxen) is Naproxen and in same class as ibuprofen. So for otc pain relieve of same class, these are the only ones. Aspirin also has some characteristic of advil, but it belongs to a class called salicylate. Tylenol=acetaminophen is also a pain reliever, but entirely different class--not related to advil/aleve/aspirin at all. Consult doc. Good luck.
