What could cause my teeth to be senstive and my hair to break off?

See your doctor: This is one of those problems where a visit to your doctor is necessary to figure out what's going on. Only after a thorough evaluation, including examination and possibly labs and other tests, can your doctor correctly diagnose you and treat you effectively.

Regarding your teeth: I am a dentist so i won't comment on problems with your hair. I could list dozens of things that could cause your teeth to be sensitive. Doing that won't help you in any way. A visit to your dentist, however, will. I suspect the two issues that you mentioned are not related. You will also have to see a physician, as a physician can't diagnose or treat you dental problem.
