Sure!: You can get crutches from any medical supply store and some drug store chains. However, they will not be covered by insurance unless you have a prescription for them from a provider. They are generally not very expensive ($20 at walmart!).

I had a grade 2 acl injury 4 days ago. I don't feel any pain even if i put preassure on the leg. I just have a weird itchy dismembering feeling in the knee. Do still have to use the crutches? Is it ok if i sit and if yes should i have my leg extended?
